   At Bixswagy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 05 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
